I just made the filling for the samosas I'm going to give my brother in law. It reminds me of the funny story Adam told me, which is that he drove to Orange County to buy a bunk bed from an Indian family, moved it back to his new apartment, left, and upon returning home was greeted by the omnipotent scent of Indian food.
