ummmm...what blue blob? In the last image? That was part of his hand, I believe, before it got cropped. I can cut it out if you'd like?

shoot. that doesn't show up on mine. I'll try re-upping it to photobucket, and if that doesn't work going back and fixing that frame. Does it show up on any of the others?

Hmmm... it's just my computer then. Looked at it on another comp in our house and it looks fabulously non-blobby.

Well, that's good and bad news, then. ^^; Good in that it wasn't the image, and bad in that it was your computer. :/ Have you tried clearing out your temporary internet files lately? If you do, then it will re-load the image next time it pops up online; it may fix the problem. Then again, it may not.
