it's been a long while since the drive back up from Toronto.
my portfolio class was cancelled, kicking it and bringin it was NOT, heeeeeeell nah.
Blair was our ride board passenger, Ryan was our go-to man. Go to a psychobilly show. It was raining, we parked, sheltered and said its cheaper if we go in costume. I, as run DMC in a roomful of mummies, fake blood, ghouls and members of The Misfits, of course.
we sat in the perfectly perfect living room drinking cheap white wine until 6 am. I wasn't worried about sunup this time, because it comes late these days. I don't like to confuse my days with sunlight.
To Burlington, to pick up Brad to his dad who performed magic tricks for us and made fajitas.
Then we picked up Gavin and introduced everyone to the trumpet. wrong. WRONG.
For this night, we'll need new costumes so we went to Value Village. I found goggles, a big light, a little bike. Then i found Gavin and we played with the toys, knocked stuff down, hid in clothes racks and read some space books.
we went to some nice digs, some appartment party, I didnt feel like drinking or joining the dance party so i sat in the corner and drew in my sketchbook. I made magnet poetry on the fridge, busted 1 move and dreaw a picture of Gavin and Brad, for Brad. I gave Gavin his birthday present which turned out to be the best birthday present ever.
we got burgers. free burgers and snuck into Gavin's house and played with his doggy.
then we slept. i love you too.
when we woke up we drove around here and there, eating here, smoking there, picking up and dropping off, watching tv, playing with exercise machines, playing pool, watching the Eagles concert DVD, fooseball, cheese and crackers and a good old fashion movie.
then, then we left.
the next morning at 7 am, we left for good.
I made us stop at every mcdonalds to play monopoly, thirft stores and xess cargo stores ensued. it took us 10 hours. who knew.
Dawn and Sarah care to join us for pho.
