Dear Shy in Shiloh, not a problem. Get into your car and drive behind her to work one morning. At every green light, honk immediately if she doesn't drive. Indubitably, she will blog about that on the web, so a few days later Google for "this morning some asshole kept honking at me". From her blog you can get her email address and you can take it from there.
