Still alive
... just drawing. I am finally getting the hang of Manga Studio V3 (Debute), and I am working on converting my pencils into the appropriate format. I am still amazingly slow, spending about 3-4 hours on two frames of a 6-frame page, but I am getting the hang of the tones and all that. This is really the best drawing program for what I want to do that I have found so far.
This has been going like this all weekend. So I am not having any time right now to write about:
- Saturday's live drawing and the Round Rock Express baseball game that we attended in honor of ndrtoon's birthday
- Sunday's brunch at Fonda San Miguel with ndrtoon, JavaTrombonist and BlondKiwi, to celebrate the impending b-days of JavaTrombonist, ndrtoon and myself
- Sunday's dinner with RandomPupeteers and the long discussion we had about the parallelisms and lack thereof of Joseph Smith Jr.'s revelation and the way revelations are handled in shamanistic societies
So more detail on all of these later, I promise myself.
