Went and saw Stranger than Fiction last night. Maybe I'm more tired than usual, or maybe I'm a big softie when it comes to movies, or maybe I'm a big softie all together, but I did well up a bit. I feel like the movie should have been a bit darker, but I'm not going to spoil the plot for the sake of explaining the details I feel should have been changed. Leaving the theatre, I had a quick and minor existential crisis, mostly involving time and death. Last night also solidified a belief I adopted from John that going to a theatre is the best way to experience a movie. Obviously, for action movies and the such, the theatre is king. But even for non action movies, there's something about theatres that can't be beat. I especially like the shocking transition back into the real world from the celluloid world. What/when made popcorn such a hip pairing with movies? I like coffee with movies. And sometimes coffee and M&Ms. Or sometimes nothing. Or red vines. Or gummi bears. Haribo Gummi Bears. Yeah. I like coffee period. I started going to be the bean cycle to get my whole bean coffee again (no longer coal creek, too far unless its Thursday and I'm going to chat with Jess). The girl that sold me my coffee was cute. Maybe I'll prempt my running out by going back on wednesday and talking to her, but probably not.

I brought the pain today in my presentation. I'm confident in my abilities to speak in front of people and that makes me happy.

I'm looking forward to baking a lot over break. There are so many breads that I want to bake, namely a Soda Bread and free form loaf that requires making a yeast solution that proofs for a few days prior to use.

I went to Boulder Thursday morning to get my shots for China. Aside from nearly throwing up and shaking at the thought of needles, I only had to get one for Hep A since Typhoid can be taken care of with pills. Plus, the lady who administered my shot was really really good. I told her she deserved a raise.

PIZZA CLUB! Woo.
