President's Day

I am currently at work. It's slow and I get paid double time and a half. I've been trying to play catch up with the group project that is due in less than two weeks. We are supposed to make a proposal for a Material requirements process. The aim is to lower the level of materials and finished products kept in inventory. It is fairly interesting, but working with the group has been frustrating. I feel like no one is really making a useful contribution. One person has written a couple of pages for the initial project, but since then she has not delivered anything else but excuses. The other partner dropped I think. Consequently I am trying to cobble together the paper on my own. I have the following areas to cover in the final presentation:

Business objectives for measurments of success
Current Processes and System.
Identify scope and boundaries of the project.
Show Project contstraints such as financial, time, resources and organization/cultural issues.
List business functional requirements.
Describe the new system textually and visually.
Show Design requirements.
Perform a cost/benefit analysis.

I pretty much have the current systems and processes listed, I just need to create a high level logic diagram in Visio. The cost benefit analysis is also complete.
