I should be going to bed, but I could resist listing off all the things I did this weekend starting friday night:
bought groceries.
assembled a shoe shelf.
made breakfast burritos for Shannon and myself.
cleaned the bathroom and did dishes.
wrote a five page paper on system implementation.
made some pretty good sandwiches.
played Burnout 3.
watched Ghost of America play at hollywood alley.
hung out at Casey's with Shannon for a bit.
made oatmeal and toast.
went to the zoo.
watched Napoleon Dynamite.
formatted and reinstalled Windows on Jeremy's laptop
took the trash to the curb for my neiighbor's and myself.
posted to this blog.
Here is what I can take away from this weekend. I am crazy about Shannon. The zoo is awesome. Writing about system implementation is extremely tedious. Casey's is crowded even when it is raining cats and dogs. Napoleon Dynamite was good, not great.
Here are some links that I have found useful lately:
lifehacker this site is dedicated to using technology to increase my productivity instead of
creating distractions.
I've also been experimenting with using the
Hipster PDA . While I am loathe to use the term hipster, it does make sense as a way of keeping reminders and notes without the crazed level of detail of a franklin planner.
