So not last weekend, but the weekend before, on Father's day, the fam and I went up to Springbrook, which is this giant mountain out West from Brisbane, with a wicked ass waterfall.
And since it's the first time I really got to play with my shiny new camera... I thought I'd bring you a pointless picspam! YAY!
The begining of the mountain, and the huge 6k return hike....
The view at the begining... Trust me when I tell you it's not half as pretty on the way back....
Just a little further down... the beginning of a second waterfall..that's basically the end of the cliff right there....
Bottom of the first waterfall...
Me. Haha. Directly in front of me in the red/maroon is my brother Daniel, my sister Jeffa behind him, and my other brother Alan. If you can see, on the very right, the spray from the falls.. you can walk right behind them.
