I've lived happily in the north country for almost two weeks now, despite claims that I am "too nice for Boston."
FUCK that.
it is advantageous to remember that SOUTHERN CHARM GETS YOU FAR. it's cute, in the words of a Northerner.
either way, I dig it!
this morning I registered for my first semester of grad classes. please expect me to be the resident expert on Contemporary Critical Theory and Native American Literature.
we went to Chinatown over the weekend (like this is some huge excursion! it's three T stops away from us!) and all I got was a bag of guava candy and some mock duck in a can.
this is all to say visits are welcome! encouraged, even!
