2008 has been the weirdest year. anyone else feel me on that?
I've been feeling pretty great lately, despite the weirdness. every school I applied to accepted me, so this guy is going to Simmons College in Boston FOR GRADUATE STUDIES.
I keep waiting for them to call me and say "we've made a huge mistake."
here's what's been occupying my days:
listening to sludge metal REALLY LOUD while baking something cute like muffins
being social as hell hell
reading Anna K/rereading House of Leaves
trying not to kill the tomato plants gifted to me (every plant I touch dies.)
oh yeah I forgot to say Ireland was every bit as green and beautiful as I thought it would be. we rented a car and drove south. that's right! I drove on the wrong side of the road, on the wrong side of the car. bogus!
