drill team drama
saunders got kicked off the team today...this makes me really happy because hes not a leader and fidelis was going down hill with him filling that spot. i think we got more do today without a commander than when we acually had one! because now were all motivated and want to make it work! and i know theres going to be those people who say but the team didn't care so why should he? but for the last week ever since melbourne when i would ask him a question i would always get a dirty look and a anwser like well whats the point? WELL YOU KNOW WHAT SAUNDERS! THE POINT IS THAT WE COULD STILL BE GOING TO STATES! AND WITH AN ATTITUDE LIKE THAT WE ARE ALL GOING TO LOOK LIKE ASS HOLES!!! (as u can tell i have some built up anger towards him!) Think about it! name a single successful anything ( team, group, club, whatever)that does amazingly but has a leader/commander/manager/coach who doesnt care! you cant can you? didnt think so! so ya maybe the team should have been a bit my motivated but it was partly his job to get us motivated! and i believed he failed at his job! so i really dont feel bad for him...you may think that this is a little harsh but u also dont know all the crap that we had to go through...
