V Day :O
Valentine's day was kind of “sucky” in the morning. I was really tired because I kept waking up during the night. This has been going on since the semester started, and this is what happened to me last semester too!! :(
So I don't get much sleep except on the weekends (sometimes). I had to build shit this morning, but I was really late, like by an hour and a half, but the half hour was wasted by trying to find a parking spot! So bleh. That was “sucky” too. Then I had to build this french door unit for the play "Streuth" that they're doing in student rep. Except the wood was all warped and being a jackass and I had to keep redoing stuff because I'd measure wrong. And hinges can go to hell!! :O
Anyways, the day got better after that. Went outside and had a break, ate some melted ice cream with fudgy brownies at the bottom. :D Yay! And I found out Ricky DID get Michele something for Valentine's day and she had thought he wouldn't. It was cute. I made her think he had gotten her the same two books she had bought herself yesterday, and that he was freaking out about returning them in time to get her a new present. BUT IT WAS ALL A LIE! :P He got her something from Hallmark :O
I got to see what the Dimmer generator looks like in the Nummi theatre. The pipes are built so they can withstand an 8.0 earthquake!! :O That was exciting and interesting news. The explanation is obviously: we don't want loose wires scattering about during/after an earthquake, especially ones that have electricity spouting through them still.
I ditched student rep early :( I know, shame on me. And it came back to bite me in the ass. Oh well. I'm simply so exhausted. And I promise it’s the last time!! I’m getting my act together, I swear.
I have a plan! I'm going to clean and reorganize almost the entire house to get money from my mom that I can put away for China. OMG!!!! We're going to fly over to Tokyo, Japan after China to see Nine Inch Nails in concert and hike/bus up Mt. Fuji. Eeeeee! I'm sooooo excited!!!! And because we're doing all this, Fred is giving me as much work as he can when I'm available to do it, because this trip is going to cost some bank.
I got to hang out with my brother and my cousin Angela a little bit today, so that was pretty awesome. I like hanging out with them. Too bad it wasn't a weekend otherwise we would have ended up playing Monopoly and Skipbo all night. Lol.
It's official, this weekend Ricky, Michele and I are going to the beach together :DDD Yay! I'm asking others if they want to come too, I have like two seats open in my car. But everyone is pitching in for gas and bridge toll because I'm broke. And sorry, but no one that has to be back at a certain time is allowed this trip. :( I don't want to be nagged about the time this trip. I want to be able to spend all day at the beach and actually be allowed to enjoy myself to the maximum. Ooooh and we can have a picnic!! I'll bring sandwich stuff and all that good stuff! :DDD I'm so excited. Life is the best!
So I guess Valentine's day was good. :) I'm a happy camper tech.
