My phone rang this morning and caught me off guard, so I answered without seeing who was calling. It was a student loan representative. DAMN IT. I usually dodge their calls because I can't make payments. She was actually not trying to get me to pay. She was a counselor and explained my options. She's letting me defer my loan. WOOHOO! I don't have to pay it back now! I'm so fucking excited. Now my dad will get off my ass and I can get back in good standing with my credit. YAY!
