I had to take a little break from the 4 commissions I'm working on before I screw one of them up by overworking them. Well, I'm almost 98% done with my snarry_olympics art. This is probably the longest I've ever worked on a piece before, it's killin' me. But I had to take a break from all the emo that picture is radiating and do the most colorful, teddy bear of a picture I could come up with. I wanna cram this in here tonight too. The February challenge at hp_fringeart is black & white. So trying to be some kind of over achiever I got started early. Here's my first submission, I know it's a little off the mark with what I usually do, but bear with me I thought I try a little something different.

Since I enjoyed doing the the first submission for the hp_fringeart imitation challenge so much, I decided to do another. I'm having loads of fun doing these. This one is based Frederic Leighton's The Fisherman and the Syren, and depicts Harry in the second task of the Triwizard Tournament.
