Only 15 Minutes Left!
And then I get to go home and hang my new red bedroom curtains and try out my new red rug. Oh, the exciting life of a married person!
And if that wasn't enough excitment for you: we got a mattress! Yes! We have resumed sleeping together in bed. I wanted to put it off until my Christmas bonus, but then we broke our box springs so we had to bite the bullet and get one over the weekend. It turns out there's a discount mattress store in the next town over that I had no clue existed, so it didn't break the bank too badly.
The final excitement is that my husband caught a bunch of fish in the Gulf over the weekend, and we (well actually HE) will fry and/or grill them tonight. I think Coronas will go well with fried fish.
Ha. I just might die from the excitement that is my life! I'm not complaining, I'm just amused at how domestic I've become, at least some of the time.
My husband signed us up for dance lessons (well it was originally my idea, but I didn't think he'd really do it) so we are gonna kick ass at the Mardi Gras balls this year! At least during the first part, before we've indulged in too many free drinks.
Well now there are T-minus 4 minutes until I can leave, so I am out of here! It's been one of those days where I've stared at the clock at least once every 5 minutes since lunchtime.
