I cannot help but feel somewhat disappointed and disheartened, because it seems like my vote did not count in anything that I voted for. I am sure many are feeling that way, given that almost half of America feels that there are problems with the current administration as was shown in the numbers. Though I agree with you on what you have said, about Kerry, and even about how Bush will screw up our country...
I must point out one tiny thing of my own opinion:
Everyone (well as I read my friends page it seems like everyone) keeps saying how "we have to deal with it and move on" or "life goes on" or something like that.
I am sick of hearing that because 1) Who knows what our world will be like once Bush is done using it as his toy?
and 2) When it is finally over who knows who will get elected in 2008?
So, yes, life will go on, in a way, but who really knows what kind of life it will be?
I am sad and angry that Bush got re-elected. It seems as though my vote was for nothing.
