Depeche Mode last night. wow.

The opening act was The Bravery, and we missed them, but I doubt it was a huge loss. From then until Depeche Mode came on stage, Martin was spinning a bunch of dance songs that were amazing.

Then the lights went out. The intro started and this sphere thing on stage lit up while the band came on stage. A Pain that I'm Used To started and, oh god it was amazing.

The show was just so amazing. The projections were very cool as always, the lighting was awesome, and the sphere thing was cool, I guess. The best part about the sphere was it had a timer while playing A Question of Time and a stock ticker while playing Everything Counts.

Highlights of the show were definately John the Revelator, Home, The Sinner in Me, I Feel You, World in My Eyes, Personal Jesus, Enjoy the Silence, I Want it All, Everything Counts, Never Let Me Down Again, Goodnight Lovers........oh that's way too much. Everything else was so amazing. Never Let Me Down Again was as amazing as I'd hope, with 30,000 people waving their arms. I Feel You was interesting, with all the 'sex' projections and the naked ladies on the projections. Goodnight Lovers was a fantastic way to end the show.

Anyways, now I'm home on a snow day. Man did I luck out. I probably wouldn't be able to concentrate in school today.
