Saw Bauhaus last night, SOOOOO good!
The Nokia theatre is right in Times Square and it's a really cool venue. We were about like 3 or 4 people back from the band, so we were extremely close.
They started at 9 and the first song was pretty intense, but picked up with the next one. Then 'In Fear of Fear' started and the saxophone was SO cool. They played so many good songs, and they also played Ziggy which was really awesome.
All the people around us were cool but these gothic girls pushed up in front of us, pissing us off a lot. Some of them moved but the others stayed. They were chubby and gothic and dancing wierd and it pissed me off, but the show was still so amazing. They finally moved after a few songs and everything was just great after that. Bela Lugosi's Dead was so great live. Peter Murphy looked really cool with his suit thing. The lighting was really great, with all the smoke and intelligent lighting.
All in all it was amazing; a great time.
