Game rules:
A. People who have been tagged must write their answers on their blogs and replace any question they dislike with a new question formulated by themselves. Tag 8 people. Those who are tagged cannot refuse.
B.These 8 people must state who they were tagged by. You cannot tag the person who tagged you. Continue this game by sending this to 8 other people. People who are tagged will be blessed and their wishes will come true in the future.
I shall use my right to replace any question I dislike by substituting the rules:
Have fun playing the game of twenty questions! You may tag up to eight others to allow them the same enjoyment, but participating is fully optional. Post your answers on your blog replacing any question you dislike with a new question of your choice.
I'm tagging
anckyria,
anelma_unelma,
drachemaedchen,
dragonfly_sidhe,
dugih,
emmajuliaana,
oolatus and
striped just for the heck of it.
1. Could you imagine staying at home while your loved one goes to work?
I'm about to do this in a couple of months. Although I dare to think that Mogi will keep me suitably whipped.
2. What will you do if you do not share the same feelings as the person who likes you?
I'm presuming we're talking about having a one-sided crush here. Gentle rejection (as if it ever works).
3. If you could hang out with someone famous for a day, who would it be?
Neil Gaiman. Other idols of mine I'd rather just meet briefly, but he's such a nice and interesting man I think we'd get along.
4. Are you confused as to what lies ahead of you?
At the moment mainly about nappies. Master's degree obviously ain't enough to unravel the mysteries of reusable diapers. I'm hoping this is one of those things where theory is much more complicated than the practicalities.
5. What's your ideal lover like?
My husband. I'm not kidding. We're in the happy stage where we know many of each other's likes and dislikes and are able to satisfy the obscurities.
6. Which is better, loving someone or being loved by someone else?
Loving someone. Being loved is very important too, though.
7. If the person you like does not accept you, would you continue to wait for them to change?
As a general rule, expecting someone to change is a poor idea. On the other hand, getting to know each other takes time, and causes changes in opinions and views.
8. If the person you secretly like is already attached, what would you do?
Not much. Liking someone is quite different from actually wanting to be with someone. Also, I tend to respect people's commitments, and I'd surely not treat someone I liked worse than anyone else in this sense.
9. Is there anything that has made you unhappy recently?
Waking up late today and feeling stuffy, bad and headachy.
10. What do you want most in life?
Contentment.
11. Is being tagged fun?
Yes. I don't like tagging half as much, though.
12. Put your iPod/media player/whatever on shuffle. List the first five songs that come up.
- Syntagma Musicum: O Felici Occhi Miei (Italian Renaissance choral music)
- Sneaker Pimps: How Do (a lovely cover of Willow's Song from the movie The Wicker Man (the original one))
- John Powell: Dark Phoenix Awakes (from the X-Men: The Last Stand soundtrack)
- Nobue Uematsu: Don of the Slums (from Final Fantasy VII soundtrack)
- S. J. Tucker: Go Away Godboy (by a rockin' Pagan artist)
13. Who is currently the most important person to you?
Not counting myself? My husband.
14. What kind of person do you think I am?
Loving, fun and blue.
15. Would you rather be single and rich or married and poor?
Married and poor. So I'm disgustingly much in love ^_^ Seven years and counting.
16. If the person you secretly like cannot recognize you, what would you do/how would you react?
I'd talk with them and try some mutual acquainting.
17. Would you give your all in a relationship?
I don't believe in sacrificing oneself.
18. If you fall in love with two persons simultaneously, who would you pick?
I'll quote
aallotar here: "The one I end up with or both if I can have them both."
19. What type of friends do you like?
Trustworthy.
20. If you played a prank on someone, and he/she fell for the trick, what would you do?
I don't like pranks. That said, I'm a big fan of clearing misunderstandings, preferably in a way that everyone gets to save their face.
