First off, Let me wish a Happy birthday to my older brother.

This weekend began VTRF for this season.  I look forward greatly to working with everyone involved, though not everyone was present this weekend I'm sure that I'll meet them all at some point.  We got all the scripts and the music(Denise clearly spent many many hours on the CDs  YAY DENISE!!!) and thus far I've had a lot of fun.  I actually found it fun to ride mass transit up to watertown.  On the busride up I got talking to some guy who used to live in RI and spent the past 15 years in Colorado and is thinking about moving back to New England, he was going to Vermont this week to look at places...we mostly chatted about traveling and being sickened by the number of people alone in cars, especially the ones that were visibally peeved at the traffic...then I got to South Station...for those of you that have been there since the construction of the new multilevel bus station they know that getting from the bus terminal to the T is something of a rats maze...I guess it is a proper welcome to boston though...so I took the Red Line to Harvard Square and then looked around for the #73 bus...apparantly the Red Line has two exits to the surface, one is directally to the surface and the other is into a station with a terminal for bus #73, Penn helped me figure out what I'd done wrong and I found #73...then the real fun began...apparantly Cushing Square is not in the same place as Cushing Street...nope...Cushing street is two miles from Cushing Square...two miles uphill...in the swealtering heat, with my coat and vest on...and my backpack, and boots that were not made for walking on pavement...they're really comfy on soft ground...so I called Penn again and had her walk to meet me...we met up a few blocks from the Starbucks that she now works at.  stopped in there to visit the flush privies and then began walking to her apartment...I assume that we were getting fairly close when a Raging Hobbit drove up and swept me off to sing Karoke with a Dark Gryphon...we had fun in New Britain meeting a tiny white puppy and hanging out, then early the next morning we(myself and the Raging Hobbit) were off to the north...we achieved VT about 2 hours early... oh well it was alright we got to sing JCS and listened to Smile ans talked about the sad sorry state that the country is in.  then rehearsal started and we did a cold read of the scripts, they seem fun, and then played some really cool trust building games.  Then we went to dine at bickfords and then to the Weintstien's to stay the night, YAY SLEEP.  Sunday Rehearsal ws fun, dancing and music and a pinch of character development.  then driving to boston and then the t and then the bus to providence...long weekend in two and a half days...
I'm really looking forward to VTRF this season!

Oh and  Happy belated Birthday Early for mudqueen!!
