(no subject)
oh nostalgia. how i despise you sometimes.
quick update i suppose.
-last day at the internship was amazing. was taken out to lunch, baked a cake, given a membership to SHRM, and lots of free things like a blanket
-submitted application for graduation in December.. eek. i'm worried i won't find a PT job and will be sitting around in the spring wondering why i graduated early. but my family is all really proud of me so it's worth it.
-getting better at and really enjoying hockey w00t.. still a little intimidated by the next session and if we'll have a lot more people. but i'm really glad that i joined this summer, it really helps to get me in better shape lol. granted.. playing racquetball at the gym with joe was pretty damn good too
-been watching the olympics nearly religiously, mostly because there's always something on. never watched this much of any other olympics
-trying to eat better and kind of failing.. mostly because my budget planning went down the drain when I decided to beat the rush and get my books this week
-going to Long Island tomorrow to visit Jamie <3
-joe and i have been rat-sitting for one of vern's friends for the week. they are smelly and eat a lot.
-kind of bummed i never had the chance to come home this summer. kind of wanted to but never had a need to, and couldn't justify the drive unfortunately
-gonna be a bum until class starts. i'm trying to find a good day for joe and i to go kayaking but other than that i pretty much have the place to myself until ian comes up and amanda moves in for a few weeks
yep thats about it for now. now im off to do fun fun things like clean and reorganize things (or... just play video games), yay?
