(no subject)
monday i didn't work, and i was actually quite bored, so i was pleasantly surprised when emily called and said she had the day off...so we went around town to target and kmart browsing through all of the dorm room stuff. we didnt really hit the jackpot with anything, but it's all about preparation..getting in the dorm room state of mind, haha. we were supposed to go up to schaumburg today, but change of plans..we'll get up there sooner or later. emily and i are going to have one hell of a decorated bachlorette pad.
i came home and made "the ultimate dorm room checklist". it's four pages long. lemme know if you want it, it'll definitely come in handy. it's pretty thorough.
that evening emily and i decided to take a romantic bike ride around bakers lake. it was a lovely night. just a little hot/humid. however, it may have just been us...hahah.
and yes that night we proceded to fuzz's house where we watched laguna beach season premiere! we neared full capacity in her basement..it was pretty intense. and the show didnt fail to leave us satisfied, so it was a good night. it was nice to see all of us together again, and well sober, haha because last time we were all in fuzz's basement it was a different story. but anyway, back to monday night, im going to miss nights like that with everyone. see fuzz's entry..i thought she put it quite nicely.
tuesday..tuesday.. was my salon day! i love getting my hair done, one of my favorite things ever. can't beat people washing your hair, head massages, reading magazines, and gossiping. i was there for 4 hours! haha. it was a triple process so it took a little longer than usual. but anyway, i come home and my mom's like michelle your hair's kinda black. and yeah, it kinda was, so i went back yesterday and got some of the color stripped. so i like it now. back to tuesday..went to the y, and there was a tornado warning.. i seemed to be the only one who was nervous haha. then that night toya em and i went to see wedding crashers again. i liked it much more the second time, pretty hillarious.
and yesterday i worked til 3..went to get the color stripped a bit, then went to my work partay! it was a pretty good time. would have been better if i could have drank. all of the attorneys were a little goofy. i hear the christmas party gets pretty wild haha, i cant wait. then fuzz and i went to r place with michael jj barajas and payton. we made barajas drive with payton. poor guy. just kidding payton haha. i was so amazed by the ethel. it's incredibly big. i pictured it to be big, but not like super nintendo "big world" big. i was impressed. there was a group of ppl who kept looking at us the entire time. it was kinda creepy. i didnt know we were all THAT good looking;) haha just kidding. and then i saw a paul look alike..except he was blonde. it was crazy. so anyway, it was a good night. full of many laughs. well, of course it was.
this morning i went to breakfast with ellebelle. it was a pleasant time. and for the rest of the day.. i dunno! i love days like this.
butttt i should probably do my wash and pack. because tomorrow i work 9-1 then leave for iowa til sunday! thenn monday morning fuzz kory and i leave for our trip to texas, can't wait to see jeffrey! so much to catch up on, and so many good times to have.
this summer is definitely coming to a close.
