For the military wives.
Do you ever feel intruded upon when your husbands come back from long tours? I'm already sort of picky about my stuff and our house, and I'm worried I'm going to feel like he's intruding on my space and my belongings (and my new habits & routines) when he gets back. This is easy because pretty literally everything in our house (all furniture, all bedding, all bathroom items, all kitchen items, all..everything) belongs to me/was purchased by me for us, so it's like all 'mine.' besides his clothes and video games, it's all mine, so it's way easy to feel like it's 'my stuff.' This might also seem odd for long time wives.. like, "he's your husband...you should never feel that way." But we only lived together for a couple months before he left, so really it'll be like he's moving in with me, because I've lived here longer than he has.
Plus growing up, I was the only girl and the oldest, so I never shared a room or anything, and even in college I made sure there was a line down the middle of the room.. I guess that didn't help.
I don't know, maybe it's weird.. but weird stuff happens and you feel weird feelings when you only live with your husband 1/2 the year.
