A man wearing sunglasses and a hat pulled low, as well as a scarf covering the lower half of his face walked into the Hogs Head. His eyes darted around quickly to make sure there were no one to listen in and ruin the carefully constructed lie to protect his daughter and her life as much as his ass.
He sat next to Charlie and said in an undertone, "You Charlie?"
"Yeah," Charlie said quietly, "Alright, then, follow me. We've got a nice quiet back room."
Without another word, he turned towards the back of the bar, and lead the way through the door to the back. The fact that his hands were shaking like a leaf would not be apparent to anyone who wasn't following him pretty closely.
Rita entered the Hogs Head to get out of the cold air for a moment. Her crimson red dress made the rest of the room look darker. She smirked to the few that took the time to look up at her and waved to the barkeep as she advanced to the bar. She ordered a "special tea", sat in a corner booth, and nursed the hot drink. As stunning and bright as Ms. Skeeter was, the dark corners of the Hog's Head booths were even able to conceal her for the most part. Perhaps a look or two before one would notice her golden locks.
((OOC: Not sure when or if our Sam player is going to respond, so I'll start this up:) ))
Charlie walked out of the back room, doing his best to look nonchalant and normal. Unfortunately, subtlety was never his strong suit, so he looked for all the world like someone who had just done something wrong, and was now trying to walk away from it rather quickly. He couldn't look more suspicious as he headed towards the front door.
He caught something out of the corner of his eye, and looked towards the corner booth. The moment he saw Rita, he nearly dropped to the floor to try and hide. Cursing under his breath, he headed straight for the door, hoping she hadn't seen him.
A few moments after Charlie left, a Quidditch player by the name of Joey Jenkins followed him. He went to the bar in hopes that no one would put two and two together.

"Maybe. Depends whose asking," he said carefully.

The corner of Rita's mouth curled as she watched Charlie Weasley leave. Who or what was he leaving in this tavern in such a suspicious state?
