OMG WHO DOES CONSTRUCTION WORK BEFORE 9 ON A SATURDAY?!
the people in the apartment above me that's who.
At first it was some (relatively) quiet hammering. I thought some obnoxious people had chosen poorly a time to assemble their new ikea bookshelf. Then the powertools started.
Do they not understand that some people work weekends? or nights? and that those people only went to bed at five despite needing to be up at 11 to take their mums to see Paschendale before work?
Gave up the whole trying to sleep anyway thing at 10. Made kick ass breakfast burritos. May die sometime before 11 when I will finish work tonight. Should help adjust my sleep schedule to slightly earlier though (had to do that anyway as I have one opening shift mixed into my 4 closes).
At least I am not expected to be training newbies today. I do not imagine I will even be conscious enough to remember my job let alone teach others how to do it.
