it's only the third night of hanukkah, and already
I'm exhausted. I spent like 13 hours shopping yesterday, bought a few last minute gifts, and a lot of stuff for myself. I have spent all my not-shopping time wrapping presents and picking up after unwrapped presents. Yesterday, Mother ruined the surprize of the one good present I got her, by refusing to open it the first night then trying to buy it herself (how do you tell someone not to buy a $20 season 1 set of their favorite show, without telling them you already bought it?) I spent all but like $40 in my account, then remembered I'm supposed to be saving up to move out (at least I spent some on stuff for the new place; toaster, kettle, grill, sheets, towels, frying pan, soup pot, and a tonne of dvds?).
