Got a message from the high school today: The father of one of the students in Ben's grade drowned at Delta Beach a couple of days ago. There's been some stuff in the paper, but I hadn't realized till I got the message. I just feel so terribly for this student because he was always so friendly and happy. He wasn't the strongest academically, but

That is extremely sad. It seems so much worse when the person who passed seemed to be such a cheerful person. Sorry for you.
