Phil is leaving on Sunday for training. And he's not getting back until Friday. So it will just be me and the animals for the week. I told him last night I'll probably end up going to bed at 9pm every night out of boredom. hehe. That also means he won't be able to go to the party for Shawna and Brandon on Sunday. I'll still be there though!
Yesterday morning it took me almost 10 minutes to get from Old Hickory Blvd to the first light on Lebanon pike due to traffic. Honestly, that's only like a quarter a mile. I could have walked to work faster! Today I tried to avoid Lebanon Pike for as far as possible. It worked! It was wonderful, it took me about 3 minutes to get from Old Hickory Blvd to the bridge before Target. Of course once I got back on Lebanon, traffic sucked and it took me another 5 minutes or so to get the 1/2 mile to my work. But I still cut out a big chunk of it! Much better. Yay for somewhat parrallel side streets. :)
