What you said about Heroes is EXACTLY where I am with the show, too. I enjoy it but it means nothing to me and I can't seem to get overly excited about any of it.

I really hope that happens. I'd be able to accept everything that's happened to her if this ends up being a breakdown that she recovers from. I'd love to see her end up with a position in a rival paper company. Maybe that's too obvious, but it would be fun to see her and Michael at odds over something like that.
I saw some people on my flist complaining that there was too much Michael
I feel like I've gotten used to that, expectation wise. Michael is meant to me the star of the show and he's always going to get a bit more screen time than the rest. Especially in the premiere. It used to bug me a lot more.
Also, I'm sort of expecting a complete emotional breakdown from Dwight. Probably because Dwight would be the first person to say he doesn't believe in that mumbo-jumbo, so naturally it needs to happen to him, right?

Ack! I just read your Weeds write-up and spoiled myself. I guess I got behind in episodes, but I'm not surprised U-Turn kicked the bucket. I couldn't imagine any other way for her to get out from under him.
I think that the pretty much the only thing that would make me really care about the show would be if they killed off someone I liked. And even then I don't think I'd care for long. It's kinda nice to have a few of those shows too, ones where you're not all that invested in the characters.

And I really want to do it, but I figure it's going to be exhausting, so I keep dragging my feet to the point where I'm almost forgetting the original premise. But the basic idea is to take a 'ship kink I have and then post caps of the couples that exemplify that. Like these for secret relationship:

I'm thinking I may end up having to crop images to get the visual similarity to be more striking, though, and that's when my brain shuts down and refuses to explore it further.

Of course, I'd have no problem with Steve scaling back on his presence and letting the others fill the time, but I doubt it'll happen. YOU HAVE TO DO THIS PICSPAM! SO AWESOME. Maybe to make it less unreasonable you could limit yourself. Like, make it your top 10 relationship kinks, and limit yourself to your top 4 examples for each? Something like that?
I hear you on the cropping. Having to crop the images to match feels like it takes forever. But it would so be worth it in this case. And I don't think you'd need to crop them so that they're all visually identical. I'd just crop them so that they're all the same shape. That's PLENTY, because even just this little bit you posted here is awesome.
I agree completely about Michael. I've been watching re-runs on tv a lot lately and I really did hate him a lot more in S1 (and maybe S2). I tend to think they've made him more likable, but I still wish he didn't take up as much space as he does. But, I'm trying to take the good with the bad and just be grateful that the side characters are getting development at all. It could have been like the UK version where the side characters don't get much story time at all.
I don't worry about Weeds spoilers, really. I mean, I only just caught up on the whole thing. I really really enjoy it, but I'm not fandom crazy about it. It's nice to have MLP on my tv again, though whenever she says "Josh" I get painful West Wing nostalgia.
