A trip to Seattle
These are from my trip up to Seattle a few weeks ago. Was tons o' fun! I got a really sweet light leak on this roll and I finally figured out how to do it, if I wanna do it. Usually it just happens sporadically, somehow the light gets in through my film door and it's a happy accident. This time however, I wasn't paying attention and opened the film door before I had wound the film back. SO. IF U WANT LIGHT LEAKS. Open and close the film door at the very end, quickly, and then wind your film back. You'll lose the last photo at least and possibly more, but I think it can be worth it! It certainly made this roll more interesting, and I even got on the front page of Flickr Explore with the picture of the cake (after the cut)... i make explore every so often (make sure you save EXIF data, tag your photos, put in no more than 5 groups, yall) but i think this was the first time i got front page which is pretty cool!
I love this picture because, although you can't tell, Mimi has Tracey sitting between her knees and she is playing with her hair :)
