Trip log: the down hill slope
Thur, July 17
We got an early start and drove out of Mass through New York (which costs almost $20 and does not come with either a bj or handy). I almost fell asleep 2 to 3 times. We drove into Ohio. I muse over how renting a car is must like hiring a prostitute. We stopped at a hotel in the middle of Ohio. We ate dinner at Denny's. I spent the rest of the night in the bathroom.
Friday, July 18
We woke up early again and drove into Cleveland. We went to the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame (not on our original itinerary but we were passing right by it). They don't appreciate you trying to touch the rock memorabilia. We drove on through the rest of Ohio and Indiana into Chicago where got stuck in ridiculous traffic for the first time. We just talk about how fucking ridiculous it is for about an hour or so. We finally get to our hotel, and marvel at how clean it is. We go to Friday's across the street for dinner. I get quasi drunk because it was Friday. We passed out.
