Everybody makes mistakes, everybody has those days

Did you ever think a day was going to be just fine, and then it didn't go the way you planned. At all? Okay, so my day hasn't been that bad. I'm just over dramatic.

It all started around 3:30 this morning. I woke up hearing these weird noises. My brain told me I just heard 3 or 4 gun shots. My rational side said, "No, that's ridiculous, go back to sleep." Then I heard 2 more. Then I was wide awake. Then I reminded myself that not everyone has the luck of having a smooth running car, maybe a car backfired. May someone was setting of some fire crackers for Halloween. Then I heard 2 more. My this time I was wondering if I should call the police, in case it was something serious. Before I could decide, I heard several cars driving quite fast down the street. I looked out the window. It was the police, with their headlights and flashing lights off. So that was a little scary. They didn't arrest anyone. It was probably nothing.

Around one this afternoon Ann's boss called and asked me to have her call when she got back. I told them she was out of town for the weekend. She asked for Ann's cell phone so she could leave her a message on her cell phone. I wasn't sure what to do. I could give her the number. I could deny her the number. For some reason, I went with giving Ann's boss the number thinking it was the right thing to do. Then I called Ann to warn her that her boss would be calling her. Ann was mad. She asked why I didn't tell her she was out of town. I explained that I did tell her that and that's when she asked for her cell phone number. She was mad.

I probably shouldn't have given out her cell number. But if Ann did the same to me, I wouldn't have been upset. At least not with Ann. I might have been frustrated with the boss for their persistence in getting ahold of me when I was out of town, and had already been told I was out of town. But I wouldn't be mad at Ann. I don't think she is coming home tonight. She usually comes home on Monday mornings, so maybe that will give her a chance to cool off.

Alba (my pen pal) and I got a chance to talk today. It was quite nice.

I was supposed to do homework all day after I cleaned the house. I got the kitchen wiped up and some clothes washed. I just have to put them away. And do my homework. Instead of homework, I've been watching the Hannah Montana marathon. I know it is cheesy, but it is cute, and probably the most wholsome thing on TV these days. And the storyline is cute.

Ok, well, I'm going to continue with the marathon, and fold some clothes. And maybe do some spanish and history.

Have a great week!
