wala pa rin akong tulog! haa... today's exams were haaaardddd... damn pharma. damn all the drugs in the world! hahaha. it didn't help that the pedia exam fell on the same day. grabe. naaral ko naman lahat, pero kanina, wala akong masagot.  kainis.

Pagkagising ko, bigla kong naalala yung patient namin last week. I wonder if he's ok pa. The interns kept telling us na hindi pa rin siya nadidiagnose tapos mahirap talaga yung case and we shouldn't worry on coming up with an accurate diagnosis kasi mahirap nga talaga.
