Ehhh, back from Quebec (like... two weeks ago XD)! I've been a little busy helping my friend run her TCG though. XD

The purpose is simple: collecting online card images from your favourite senshi's set, and have fun meeting other people while doing so (trust me, there are lots of crazy people there XD)! It's strangely addictive.

COVER. If you were watching Canadian Idol this year during the Toronto "Top 200" episodes, you would have seen Joel Martin do a cover of this umm.. popular song. It's an acoustic version of the song and it's rather amusing. Acoustic Guitar + this song = lol.

Song Title : Mahaloha

Yuna Ito's newest single is a new laid-back summer tune which features Micro from Def-Tech. I personally find a really cute song and their voices blend well together. While I find both kind of weak in the vocal department in this song, it's still a very enjoyable song and one of my favourite singles for awhile.

Song Title : Paradise

Album/Single : Diamond Princess
Not a lot of Kato Miliyah's music really impresses me much, but while I was listening to her second album (which imho, is way better than her lack luster first album) this song automatically caught my attention and became my favourite song off her second album. I love the sound of this song: it's a laid-back R&B-ish song, with a bit of flute in the background. It's rather catchy and I love note jumping in the chorus.

Song Title : Slummin' in Paradise

Mandy Moore's new album just came out last month (I still have to get it though D: *needs to go shopping*) and I absolutely love it. Moore's vocals are still kind of breathy (but way better than when she first started), but I love them anyways. Moore's stuff is less teenybopper pop, and has moved more to folk pop, with the help of people like Rachael Yamagata, and The Weepies. It is also the first album she co-wrote. In any case, this song is one of the more upbeat songs that's probably closer to her pop backings and is accompanied by guitar. Lots and lots of guitar. (:

Song Title : Top Secret

Namie Amuro just came out with a new album, PLAY, recently. And quite frankly I love it. This song in particular is a slightly agressive danceable R&B tune. The whole reason why I love this song is mainly because of the chorus. It's catchy. The song in general has a good driving beat throughout the song.

TALKING ABOUT SAILORMOON... Out of all the Sailormoon songs out there, this is by far my favourite. This is a laid-back simple song sung by Ogata Megumi as Haruka Tenou (Sailor Uranus). Megumi has a low voice for a girl (which is why she always does guy voices XD) but it works well for this song. This song is gorgeous in a simplistic way.

Sarah Slean in a canadian singer-songwriter whom I love. XD She has a unique vocals, and excellent songwriting skills. This in particular is an upbeat song that is a little harder to describe. It's a bit different, and I suggest you give her a try. XD This was ripped from my CD. O:
