Dirty H.G. Wells and Rainy Accomplishments
Today was filled with rain and accomplishments =)
I am now almost finished with War of the Worlds! Thank you God! Seeing as how I still have all my french homework, not to mention my ice work, this is a VERY GOOD THING.
I was having some extreme back problems earlier, but I cured them with my shoes! Huzzah!
Anna came over and we read and talked about War of the Worlds and had a very bizzare and funny adventure at the tai resteraunt that ended in Anna spilling water on my jeans and me laughing and being very cold.
After more homework once I got home, I spent somem time with my mommy and learned that she bought me four new shirts! I also got four new pairs of pants from ebay and am expecting 12 new shirts, also from ebay, so woohoo! I have new clothing! Now I need to sort through and get rid of some older stuff (this is what I do when I get new clothing, it's a good habit). So that is exciting =)
I think I have fully decided I wanna learn piano. It wouldn't be starting from scratch, which would be cool, and it's a really diverse instrument. So, come summer, I'm taking piano lessons! =D
I shall now leave you all with a quote from War of the Worlds that had Anna and I laughing in sheer confusion and amusement for at least two minutes:
"His landlady came to the door, loosely wrapped in dressing gown and shawl; her husband followed ejaculating."
I've probably just brutally maimed science fiction culture. It tickled =D
