halloween party munchies

so wyatt requested "something with fruit in it" and when pressed, said "apples".

soooo wanting to go easy on myself I have found five recipe ideas:

easy apple cake
caramel-glazed apple bread
maple apple ginger cake
apple holiday bundt cake
caramel apple cookies

special things I would have to buy to make these besides apples:

raisins
buttermilk, pecans, nutmeg
ginger root
nutmeg, ginger, applesauce
old fashioned oats, caramel baking bits

pros and cons:
easy. too easy.
interesting, unusual. more flavours. would need to halve it.
would need to get the maple syrup back from my mom. hope it is not all gone. looks amazing.
lots of spices.
potentially expensive/hard to find specialty item. more eater-friendly than cake. more time-consuming.
