This is not the time for my insomnia to kick in. I've been so busy with school, work, Taylor and stuff that I didn't even realize It's been days since I last slept. Taylor told me I had dark circles under my eyes and last night, Connor expressed concern that I haven't been resting. I tried to sleep last night, while Connor was on patrol, but I couldn't get my mind to slow down.

I hate insomnia. Sometimes if I get out of bed, make some tea and read, then I call fall asleep when Connor gets home. I tried that last night and it didn't work. Even Connor playing with my hair didn't relax me and that just rarely happens.

I've spent the time that I gained from not sleeping by catching up on my homework and getting the house clean. When I tried to nap before work tonight, I had no luck, so I figured I may as well go in early. Hopefully working tonight will help me sleep. I'm starting to feel kind of shakey and irritable. Worse comes to worse, maybe I'll take a sleeping pill. I hate taking meds, but there is no way I can keep going without sleep.
