I am sick of people posting about how they are sick of people posting about how they are sick of people posting about bandom, people! Or something. What about those of us who are largely indifferent either way, huh? If you cut us, do we not say ow? Where's our banner to get behind?

Don't be sorry! I approve of the mocking in principle, even if I was the target. ;)

My granddad was German and used to bring back all sorts of goodies for us every Christmas. Lebkuchen! Stollen! Gingerbread house for me to put together like some sort of mad biscuit construction worker! I will never stop thinking that Christmas tastes of cinnamon and gingerbread and dark chocolate; all the good stuff.

I think there was bamboo matting on the walls of the bathroom as well? I don't know, I think my mind may have blocked out most of the details but I do remember it was *awesomely* bad ( ... )
