When I'm outside, I see some kind of a fight going on on the lawn. Oh shit, Eric and Jordy and Amanda and a bunch of the other play kids are all there...Jordy's friend Danny, too. I see him approach with several others, and Eric pulls out the sword and Danny's got one too and--holy shit!
"Dawn!" I call to her, not believing what I'm seeing. When I turn back, I see Jordy going after Danny and crap, he starts changing, right there on the school lawn.

Finally, finally, the fight is leaving him. When he goes limp I hold on a few moments more, then pull us both backward away from Tybalt. The scabbard drops from my grip.
I turn once more to the Cats "Your leader is wounded, If you wish him to live beyond this day, get him hence to a doctor, else get him a priest." My tone holds no malice, I am to tired for that.
My face is wet. More blood? ...

I walk back to the abandoned blade, It will be mine now.
I turn to Mercutio, fallen. I close his eyes and my hand passes a kiss to his lips.
One last thing, I place my vest over his face, shielding him once more from the bright rays of the sun.
"Farewell my friend." I whisper the words.

"Shit, this is not good," I say to Dawn and Amanda. "Keep an eye on Jordy, I'm gonna call Jordy's mom and...um, 911, I guess." Maybe Eric was still alive, would be okay if they got the bleeding stopped. Maybe someone had already called and an ambulance was coming. I run back into the school to find a pay phone.
