+your name is autumn, so is my daughters +you're wearing a HH & from Dayton, nice +i'm from ohio too, just somewhere north of you +pro-life
-though i do have a question regarding your pro-life stance. you listed "birth defects" as one of the 'reasons' you'd have nothing against an abortion. i'm 100% pro-life, with the ONLY exception being if you life or the childs life would be put in harms way if the pregnancy were to continue, or once the child was born. now my question is, why would a birth defect justify an abortion? i.e. downs syndrome is a typical birth defect. but the child would not be in pain. just has special needs. why abort for that reason? i think that's a selfish reason, so i just wonder why you think birth defects justify abortion.
anyways i loved your app & everything you said and about you... so sure.

Autumn Emily, right? ;D I remember you.
As for your question, you're right. My Aunt is pregnant, the due date being in Febuary, but the baby has down syndrome. It's not painful, but the baby has a hole in her heart and she has to have surgery as soon as she's delivered. The doctors give her a slim chance of making it through.
While most birth defects are ones that don't cause pain, there are some that do. I can't name any off of the top of my head, but I'm sure even when you're a baby you can feel your spine deteriorating.
Basically, I don't think the child should have to live if it's just going to be in pain.

Yeah, that's her.
Well if the baby is going to be in pain for a good portion of his/her life, then I can UNDERSTAND an abortion. Otherwise, I don't think I could sympathize for someone that opts for the procedure.
