Borås By Night

I was at the LARP yesterday, Borås By Night. It's a swedish World of Darkness-larp, with most of us playing Camarilla. Though there is some Anarch-rabble, some Giovannis and other such things running around as well, of course.

The larp is on it's last chapter. It's been going on for... I don't know, seven years perhaps? When this chronicle is done, it'll hopefully reboot and start again as something new. At the moment though, all the major plotlines are starting to converge, and we're neck deep in demons, Methuselas, demon cultists, the Wyrm, Black Spiral Dancers, Nefraks and sabbath.
It says something when the sabbath is the least of the Camarilla's problems.

I'm playing Marlene von Stahl at the moment, a Ventrue who's a researcher of the occult. She's great fun to play; a strict and elegant "classy" lady with a briefcase and a stylish red notebook, idly discussing the latest in ghost findings or different ways the sabbath torture their prisoners. It's nice to finally play an ancilla as well and actually get some respect from some of the other characters. I've mostly played low-status characters before, now I get to use different techniques.

And now to something completely different; at the moment, I'm trying to create either a short movie or more probably a "comic"-style adventure with my dolls and puppets, including DustPuppy, Marv, Hello Kitty and a zombie doll named Suzy Suicide. If I manage to create something interesting, I'll post a link here.

Link of the day; Dominic Deegan, Oracle for Hire. DEATH FROM ABOVE!
