Sometimes I get the weirdest calls at work...

     A photo clerk, or photo associate, as we call them, called to ask for "credit" (kinda like a refund) for an order a customer placed for  a calendar.

I said, "Ok, lets check the system". There were two orders for the same customer, 2 different sizes of calendars, I checked the one the clerk was talking ot to my surprise the order was kinda
