New Favourite breakfast:

1/3 cup oatmeal (not instant or quick)
2/3-1 cup 1% milk
1 tbsp brown sugar
pinch of salt

Boil that shit up for 12 minutes

Add 1-2 tbsp 1% plain yogurt + fresh sliced strawberries = BREAKFAST OF CHAMPIONS. YUM
