That's exciting about the research lab!!
I'm thinking about getting into that because
I'm not so sure I want to work around people,
haha.

After a LOT of trial and error, I went to my advisor and asked her if there were any labs with openings (praying for clinical). Luckily, there was one who just lost a researcher, and took me on right away! And I danced and danced.

From what I hear, child psych labs are also loads of fun... so I would try for that if you can.
