I completed my first 3 mile training walk tonight.
I have blisters, so it's obvious I'm going to need some different shoes and some new socks.
I also aquired 3 more teas from Teavana. Honeybush Vanilla, Carribean Breeze and Earl Grey Creme.
Now I'm downing some water and heading to bed...
3 more miles tomorrow.
I'm going to need a LOT of cheerleaders!
