Summer's over. Done. Ended not quite the way I thought it would, but that's what life is all about. Changes and things not happening how you expect them to. You just have to sit back and watch what happens and try to guess what will happen next. I learned this summer not to get too into things before I know if it will last or not. I often find myself jumping into situations when they are perfect thinking that nothing will change them and make them different. When I do that, I always end up setting myself up for disaster and getting hurt. But I guess I've learned the hard way and will think twice before diving into anything next time. But yeah, school started and I've been thinking about other things--like my grades, homecoming, PROM, college...the important stuff. I mean, it's senior year, I want to enjoy it...live it up. Whether it's with or without a "significant other", I'm going to enjoy myself and try to stay away from the drama and such. I just want to have fun and enjoy the rest of the year! <3
