Mount Washington the drive & arrival
Yeah, it's taken me a while. Now I'm sick, so I have some time to bundle up and veg in front of the computer.
Brendan and Jason came and picked us up from my parents' house on December 27th. We missed out on the nanaimo stuff & the first day of skiing, which I was sad about until we actually got to the mountain and started having fun!

At first our car was full of sarcastic humour & jokes bouncing around between Jason, Brendan, Ryan, & sometimes me. Then we all got a bit sleepy. That didn't stop me from taking a few "I watch you when you sleep" photos!
We passed everyone's favourite gas-station gnome
Then I felt weird taking photos of people in the car...so I stopped till we got to Mount Washington.
We met up at the restaurant. I was worried about the ice cream we bought on the way melting in the car & it was taking forever to get into the chalet.

We were finally going to the chalet! Jason & Matt promptly tossed Laura into a snowbank
Jana was excited about going! (She held this pose for a long time as my camera beeped "flash charging." I hope my camera kinks work out soon)
I was wiped out from the long drive & getting up early, etc. But it was so beautiful when we got to the chalet. I wish the pictures could show it better!
We were part of group food, which was good. Here's a bunch of chefs in the kitchen preparing our first dinner. I think it's blurry because my batteries were dumb and died 4 seconds later. But it looks like NINJAS PREPARING DINNER!
