Ah, very belated birthday wishes, dear Anzu- I shipped off a surprise package to you right on time, but forgot to update in this journal. I have a little trouble connecting here. Are you both settling in alright?
Reply
I am doing fine, it takes a little while longer for my husband to catch up with the new surroundings, Anzu.

He'll get used to it quickly. Yuugi-kun is strong and getting settled in such a beautiful place shouldn't be too hard.

Lovely routine isn't it? What did he choose?

I have no doubt he will. History was always his passion so he will fell right at home. Besides, Egypt breathes history at every corner.

I am thinking of, whenever we are both settled and everything goes all right, picking up some classes of my own. After all I did take Advanced History at Domino High, which was very enjoyable.

We should never pass up on an opportunity to study, is my opinion. The chance to learn something is good for our personal development and broadening our horizons.

You are right. But that's because you grew up and saw what good learning can bring.

My father was rather insisting about good education, and I adopted that right from him.

Then your father and yourself were wise beyond your years because I thought schooling was a drag before high-school.

*laughs softly* I have always enjoyed reading and learning, and I did not know any better... having Mahaado as personal teacher helped a great deal too. He is the kind of person to make any part of an education fascinating and interesting.
