yeah, same here. I'm terrified of fire, so I was thinking it would make a great idea for a deathfic. Ironically, the night I wrote it, we were having fondue for dinner and the table got set on fire. It was soooo scary!

I probably would have shot the window open, got some bedsheets and attempted to create a nice rope down..... But that would have defeated the purpose of this story, lol. It was sweet, though and wonderfully written, good job.

rofl, never thought of that! I was thinking, why don't they just phone the fire engines, and had to come up with a reason for why they couldn't. It was hard trying to cut off all their escape routes, and then there was one I never noticed...damn!
